Introduction
Elizabeth Rivera Rodas currently works at the Department of Educational Foundations, Montclair State University. Elizabeth does research in Socioeconomics. She uses advanced econometrics to study the impact of public policies on racial and socioeconomic disparities in educational access, quality and achievement. Her most recent publications looked at the impact of the value added teacher quality data release in NYC on housing prices and school and residential demographics. Her current work explores the impact of gentrification and affordable housing on academic achievement gaps.
