Introduction
Elisabetta Murru currently works at the Department of Biomedical Science, Università degli studi di Cagliari. Elisabetta does research in Physiology. The aim of research is to study of the role of fat in the diet, both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view, in the control of body composition through its influence on lipid and energy metabolism.
