Introduction
Elhadi Ibrahim Dekam is a full professor in the mechanical engineering department, faculty of Engineering, university of Tripoli, Tripoli, Libya. He got his B. Sc. Degree from University of Tripoli, Libya, in 1976, M. Sc. Degree from Washington University, Missouri, USA, in 1982, and PhD. Degree from Southampton University, England, UK, in 1987. He hold the Head of Mechanical Engineering Department. He was a Scientific Committee member in the solar energy studies center. He worked as the coordinator for graduate studies. His research interests are in the fields of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, Atmospheric Stability, Energy efficiency Measures, and thermal energy conversion.
