Introduction
I am a vertebrate ecologist, and snakes are my main study group. I'm interested in various aspects of wildlife research, including behavior, predator-prey relationships, reproductive biology, spatial ecology, and human-wildlife conflict and coexistence. Currently in my PhD, I am investigating the movement ecology of Bothrops snakes in the Atlantic Forest, Brazil, trying to understand proximate and ultimate drivers of their spatial behavior.

- I mainly worked on the maintenance and handling of animals in captivity, specifically snakes, lizards and amphibians. In addition, I assisted in scientific projects and participated in fieldwork in Atlantic Forest regions. I also was responsible to process histological material, from preparation to microtome cutting.
