Introduction
Elena Alfaya-Lamas works for the University of A Coruna as a Tenured Senior Lecturer (UDC). She is integrated in the MUSTE research group.
She is also a Mindfulness practicioner and has been trained by the Mindfulness Association and certified by them as a Mindfulness teacher. She has founded KARUNA by LC and heads the Mindfulness Association in Spain.
