Introduction
Eduardo Borba Neves is a Brazilian Army Officer and he is with the Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering at the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR). His PhD was in Biomedical Engineering at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2009. His major research interests are in the fields of thermography, epidemiology, health assessment technologies, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic technologies.
