Introduction
Eddy Borges-Rey is Lecturer in Journalism Studies at the University of Stirling. He is the Programme Director of the MSc. Media and Communications Management (Vietnam). In terms of research, he is interested in the relationship between media, technology, and power. His current research looks at issues in Data Journalism, Open Data, Big Data, Social Computation, AI and automation, Freedom of Information, Mobile Journalism, Innovation, Photojournalism, and Popular Music.
