Introduction
Duarte is a Ph.D. Student at Carnegie Mellon University and Instituto Superior Técnico, and a researcher at ITI-Larsys. With a focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computing in Social Sciences, Communication Design, Arts, and Humanities, he applies his skills in tangible interaction, user experience and participatory design to his work. Recently, he's been integrating AI and machine learning into his projects, demonstrating his ongoing pursuit of innovative solutions in the realm of HCI.
