Introduction
I have totally 18 years of teaching experience. Out of which 2 years in Dr.Navalar Nedunchezian College of Engineering, Cuddalore District and 3 years in V.L.B.Janakiammal College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. Presently I am working as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Institute of Road and Transport Technology, Erode, Tamilnadu, India, since 2006.

Our project involves the identification of persons
wearing face masks and not wearing face masks in public places by means of using image processing and AI techniques and sending alert messages to authority persons. The object detection algorithms are used for identifica-tion of persons with and without wearing face masks which also gives the count of persons wearing mask and not wearing face mask and Internet Of Things (IOT) is utilized for sending alert messages.
