Introduction
Dr. Alok Kumar currently working as Principal Scientist, HRM Division, ICAR- NAARM, Hyderabad. He has engaged in research, extension, teaching and training for more than fourteen years. Served as Principal Investigator (PI) / Co-PI of several research and consultancy projects. Having more than two hundred publications and his major contributions are development of Standardized scale for social audit, e-MAT, Electronic Media Production Centre (EMPC), Mini Studio, Community Radio Station (CRS), 288 documentary films, Standardized procedure for the estimation of lac production at national level, contract farming in lac cultivation, Technology inventory on innovation in lac production and value addition, technology refinement on lac based handicrafts and their potential for export.
