Students4Change is a project that looks to promote and reinforce a culture on Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship in higher education institutions in Latin America. This project combines the expertise and knowledge of 10 Latinamerican universities, 5 European universities and 1 international NGO.
The relevance of a philosophical understanding of peace is, that it provides critical demands to transform violent societies, such as those we live in, in situations of peace, as something required and desirable, forming - by this means- an ethical and social imperative of contemporaneity. Thus, in this project, we argue the reasons why peace is assumed as a moral ideal, and from there, to raise the ethical foundations on which this imperative rests.
