We report the complete genome sequence of Mammaliicoccus lentus (Staphylococcus lentus) strain B3, a gram-positive bacterium isolated from mouse early-life gut microbiota that activates breast milk complement components. The circular genome consists of 2,813,148 base pairs, encompassing 3,711 predicted protein-coding sequences and 79 RNA genes.
