Introduction
My research interests focus on cancer biology and bioinformatics. Our lab is currently investigating the effects of various active phytochemicals and synthesized compounds on cancer growth and progression, particularly biochemical and signaling pathways. To do this, we use a combination of animal models and cell culture techniques.

I used to molview.org for drawing the structure of molecule and saved it as ".mol" format. Than I convert to pdb with PyMoL.
But I'm not sure if this is valid? Is there an alternative method I can draw by writing the name of the molecule?

Hello, I finished my docking process with Discovery Studio. But I couldn't see which aminoacids are involved in interaction with inhibitor. I mean that I want to see aminoacids interacting with my inhibitor at active site of enzyme. Could you help me about that problem by using this software?
