Introduction
I’m the author of the NEMOS method that is a method of inducing global motoric schemas changes with local resistance training. The method is connected with inventions included in two patents. My work is currently connected mainly with the mechanisms of pelvis girdle stabilization and its influence on global posture, motoric schemas and low back pain issues. My other fields of interest are stress psychophysiology and paleobiomechanics.
