I am looking for an available tool that I can use to evaluate different scenario's of using a small scale fuel cell as a CHP that provides the heat and electricity for a residential building. In the scenario's, we would like to investigate different energy pricing systems, different energy uses (e.g. existing building, low energy building, building with Electric Vehicle, ...) comparing is with conventional heating systems and electricity from the grid as well as comparing it with more advanced systems using renewable energy (PV and HP).
For PV, we used in the past the SAM-tool from NREL.
