Introduction
I'm an evolutionary biologist interested in factors that control species abundance and distribution at multiple spatial scales. My research program tries to integrate metacommunity dynamics with macroevolution and phenotypic evolution. I usually work with freshwater organisms, mostly adult frogs and tadpoles.

Project
Our aim is to analyze indices of species richness and diversity, activity levels, and assemblage composition for insectivorous bats. Also, we are going to evaluate if exist environmental filters related to the forest cover in 18 communities in the Serra da Bodoquena.
Project
Characterize hematological, histological, and ultrastructural parameters of the liver in anuran species from the Brazilian Pantanal to elucidate physiological patterns and identify possible organic changes.
Project
Study how city's environmental, social and economic factors affect richness and functional diversity of birds in diferent brazilian citys. We will use bird's survey in public repository as eBird, iNaturalist and GBIF.
