Nitrogen loss of urea is a major constraint in sustainable agriculture and it directly contributes to greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. In this study, slow release bio char-urea inclusion composite (BUIC) was developed to reduce the nitrogen loss via leaching and increase the nitrogen usage efficiency (NUE) in plants. Urea was dissolved...

Underutilized fruits inherited in Sri Lanka, contain a myriad of health advantages, and have been recognized since prehistoric times. Nevertheless, due to lack of scientific evidence about the nutritional and functional benefits, those fruits were very rarely consumed by the general public. The present study was carried out to explore the relations...

Black tea (Camellia sinensis L.) is one of the main export-based agricultural products in Sri Lanka. Therefore, it is vital to ensure and maintain the chemical and microbiological quality of black tea in both export and local markets. Recently, the purity of black tea was affected by the adulteration of added sugars. As a result, the Sri Lanka Tea...

Kottamba, Terminalia catappa L. is an underutilized food source in Sri Lanka. The kernel of the fruit is around 8-10% of dry weight and the husk is a waste. Kottamba fruit is floatable in water and its husk has sponge like microstructure. Therefore, this study was focused on utilization of kottamba husk as a viable source of biochar. The potential...

Purpose Sri Lankan mango consumers are experiencing the massive post-harvest loss at the market and consuming end. The adverse selection of bad mangoes is not merely consumer's incompetence. It is due to value chain malpractices. This study aims to explore the consumer's perspective of critical attributes on selecting good mangoes and their knowled...

Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) of the country having a crucial role on economic development and well being of the society (including environment)
1. How it relate to the human capital?
2. What are the barriers on operationalize STI in a country?
3. How can overcome barriers?
Question
Please state your opinion on the viral youtube music trend created by the "Manike Mage Hithe" music video. The original song, Yohani's cover-up and new different versions created by youngsters to elders in the spectrum of amateur to expert veterans!. Is this viral trend sustainable? How long?
Question
The Sri Lankan economy faces a critical situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic and economic crash due to depletion of Foreign reserves. Meanwhile, Young artist Yohani de Silva released a new Cover-up song for "Manike Mage Hithe" with its original artist Satheeshan Rathnayaka. It turns viral through India due to the endorsement of Indian film actor and the Indian Legend Amitabh Bachchan. Quickly new cover-ups and "tik-tok" battle sho videos were presented from Amateur Youngsters to professional artists worldwide.
At the time of 2021.08.25 midnight, Yohani's official video (#Yohani) has 59.27 Million views (posted on 2021.05.22) and Satheeshan's original video (#aryansmusic) has 14.39 Million views. But various YouTubers presented hundreds of Youtube videos in different languages, instrument plays, reaction videos and reviews, and gossip. At least an increment of 1,000,000 views was observed in Yohani's video channel per six hours. For the case of Satheeshan's original video based on Yohani's coverup, the rise of views was 43,000 per the same period of Six hours!
I have three questions from experts in the ResearchGate
1. Can this amazing song create a new economy in Sri Lanka and India?
2. Is this pattern sustainable or bankrupt after a period of time?
3. what are the factors dependent on viral behaviour?
Thanks

Question
Following things to be clarified.
1. can I perform Tukey HSD post-hoc test to compare more than 10 groups?
2. If single group has two replicates can I perform Anova test?
3. If single group has three replicates can I remove outliers?
4. If single group has three replicates, normality and Homogeneity of variance (Levene's test) is reliable
5. If one or more groups violates and others are not violating Anova assumptions (Normality - Shapiro Wilk and Homogeneity of variance - Levene's tests became significant) can I perform Anova?
6. If the case 5 above, what is the best method? Kruskal-Wallis?
Thanks
Dineth
