The goal of this research project is to explore the olfactory skills of children and adolescents with profound multiple disabilities aged 10 to 16 years. Given that we know very little about the olfactory functioning of people with profound multiple disabilities, the observation of basic forms of treatment such as "simple" detection and spatial detection, as well as discrimination between odours, is a priority of the study. This project is funded by the Givaudan Foundation.
