- Coming from an Exercise Science & Physics background my professional life began in Sports Biomechanics and, with additional training in Anatomy/Motor Control/Neuroscience, moved towards Clinical Biomechanics with a focus on Foot & Ankle Biomechanics/Gait/Motion Analysis. - For 20 years, I was director of the Clinical Gait Laboratory at the University Hospital in Muenster. - For one year, I was the Director of Biomechanics Research at OttoBock in Göttingen/Duderstadt. - Just recently, I returned to my Sports Biomechanics roots and joined the Footwear R&D team at DISC (Descente Innovation Studio Complex) in Busan, Korea as the team leader of the HPL (Human Performance Lab).
