I'm currently doing my PhD at the Institute of Science, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi. I'm studiying the role of microRNA in Gingivitis and periodontitis. my most recent publication is Molecular Docking Studies of Human Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme Rad6: A Systematic in Silico Approach.

Question
We are making differential expression profiling for two conditions and control with Affymetrix microarray. We only had six chips so we made two sample poles for each condition, now we have two CEL files for the exact group of patients. Is this considered biological or technical replicates? and will this affect the data analysis process later?
