As the use of the Internet is becoming pervasive, the use of mobile applications in service delivery is becoming dominant. However, the traditional mode of service delivery (web applications) has not been abandoned, therefore, enterprises are reaching out customers in the dual mode through web and mobile applications. This convergence raises some security challenges on a number of factors including enterprises assets and resources.
