Introduction
Detlef Reis is the Founder of the innovation company Thinkergy (www.thinkergy.com). He currently works part-time as an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Knowledge & Innovation South East Asia (IKI-SEA), Bangkok University. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Business, Hong Kong Baptist University. Detlef does research in the domains of Business Creativity, Innovation Management and Creative Leadership.

In the Cognitive Profiling for Business and Innovation Success Research Program, we want to (a) introduce a comparatively new cognitive profiling method (TIPS by the innovation company Thinkergy, http://thinkergy.com/methods/tips/) and contrast it with other personality / cognitive style methods, (b) explore and investigate applications of the TIPS method in business and innovation, and (c) investigate the efficacy of the TIPS approach with regards to aligning people towards achieving business and innovation success.
