Introduction
My current research interests focus on teaching and learning in higher education. My interests include understanding how to envision, design, implement, and evaluate coherent program-level curriculum, including unpacking the mitigating factors of students' construction of knowledge and hidden curriculum on meeting intended outcomes. I am currently working on research that explores how faculty navigate fidelity, structure, and agency in enacting program-level curricula in their courses.
