Introduction
Denise is a Professor in the Undergraduate Program in Business Administration of the State University of Midwestern (UNICENTRO). Hello everyone,
In my research, the data did not meet the assumptions of normality. I want to verify if a set of qualitative variables (level of education, marital status, gender, children) influences two quantitative variables: intention to stay in the organization (5 - point Likert scale) and people retention (time in the organization - in years). Which non-parametric test is appropriate in this situation?

Hello everyone,
I applied the Mann-Kendall’s coefficient of concordance (Kendall’s W). The Kendall’s coefficient ranges from 0 (no agreement with the judges) to 1 (complete agreement with the judges). The coefficient found in my study was 0.799. Can this result be classified as a strong or moderate correlation? I wonder if there is a rating for the coefficient generated through the Kendall test? If so, which are they? Thanks.
