With years, the health-needs of an individual become numerous and more complex, resulting in the requirement of an even more appropriate offer of health services. However, it is known that different factors make the services and the request of the population to health care unequally, especially the interregional variations. These are represented by...

Objectives: The occupational environment represents an important source of exposures to multiplehazards for workers' health. Although it is recognized that mixtures of agents may have differenteffects on health compared to their individual effects, studies generally focus on the assessment ofindividual exposures. Our objective was to identify occu...

We expect a significant demographic shift for the Quebec population as the proportion of seniors in Quebec will increase from 16 to 31% by 2031. Concerns and challenges emerge as prevalence of multiple chronic diseases increases with age. Moreover people at the end of life, utilize considerable amount of acute health care services. We aim to describe patients’ health care trajectories in their last year of life to better organize services around patients’ needs, using Quebec’s administrative health data, we constituted a retrospective cohort of patients at the “end of their life”
