Introduction
PhD in Management and Business by the University of Vigo, Spain. Associate professor and researcher at the Business Organisation and Marketing Department, Faculty of Business Sciences and Tourism, Campus of Ourense, of the University of Vigo. She was also invited professor in several master programs in the area of quality management. Publications and collaborations in research projects linked with business and tourism are numerous in her career.
