I am looking for a detailed method for counting the fluorescent cells after immunostaining using Caspase-3/7, Annexin-V FITC, IP and DAPI reagent. At final, we have fore kind of cells: live cells, earlier-apoptotic cells, late-apoptotic cells and necrotic cells.
So How can I count the different cells at the same time? is there a detailed method of using the software?
