Introduction
My research interests focus on HR strategic planning that leverages technologies to facilitate leadership development, knowledge management, adult learning, and human capital management using integrated systems guided by an HR tech strategic plan. Currently publishing and presenting the Applied Learning Strategy (Waddill, 2023), a plan that addresses upskilling through Higher Ed students as skilled, but hidden, workers connected to workplaces through technology.
