Introduction
David Rehak is a PhD in Processes Modelling and Simulation of Troops and Population Protection at the University of Defence. He is Full Professor at the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering. His scientific and research work is aimed on critical infrastructure resilience & protection, risk management, civil protection and environmental protection. He is member of the International Association of Critical Infrastructure Protection Professionals.
