Introduction
Former chest physician at the Salpêtrière Hospital (APHP) and Emeritus Professor Sorbonne University. He is Vice President of the Respadd and Secretary General of the French Alliance Against Tobacco. Author of 11 books on smoking he coordinated in May 2013 a report on the electronic cigarette for the French Ministry of Health He exerce tobacco cessation medicine at the Arthur Vernes Institute in Paris and at Marmottan Hospital. He chairs the AFNOR Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquids Commission which released the first 3 global standards on the vape. He is an investigator of the APHP's ECsmoke (double blind ecig/varenicline).
