Introduction
Arachnologist and research taxonomist. My research group focuses on the taxonomy, biogeography, conservation, and evolution of arachnids in the United Kingdom Overseas Territories. I also have a long-standing research interest in the systematics of the infraorder Mygalomorphae globally, especially spiders of the family Theraphosidae. My other research interests entail using arachnids as a model to explore the following areas: teratology, biosecurity, nomenclature, and predator-prey interactions.
