Introduction
Danijela Petrovic is a Full Professor at the University of Belgrade. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in university teaching, professional training and research in the field of education. Her areas of specialisation are educational and school psychology, intercultural and inclusive education, communication skills and mediation. Additionally, she has an expertise in quantitative, qualitative and mix research methods.
