Introduction
Associate Professor Daniela Pavlova, PhD, is a member of the Computer Science Department, at the Faculty of Information Sciences, ULSIT. She is also the Director of the Distance Learning Centre at the same university. Ass. Prof. Pavlova holds a PhD in the scientific field of "Automated Information Processing and Management Systems". Her research interests include e-Governance, distance learning and the digitalization of the educational process, as well as the digitization of cultural heritage.
