Introduction
Daniel Yar Hamidi (MSc Informatics, MBA, PHD), is a researcher at University of Borås, Sweden. Daniels research interests are boards of directors and governance of SMEs as well as entrepreneurial firms and innovation in firms. He is currently a Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Wolverhampton developing new models of governance regarding SMEs focusing on Value Cocreation within a service dominant logic. Daniel has extensive experience from directorship and development of technical as well as business model innovations. Daniels work applies qualitative as well as quantitative research methods while collecting and using first hand data primarily in his research. He is the program chair of Corporate Governance Special Interest Group at European Academy of Management (EURAM).
