Introduction
Dan’s current primary research focus is health behaviour interventions to improve cardiometabolic health of adults. Dan has experience and research interests in human behaviour, epidemiology, public health, occupational health, human nutrition, physical activity, strength and conditioning, sleep science, physiology, body composition, preventive medicine, performance psychology, and lifestyle medicine.
