This intervention project tries to establish a healthy lifestyle at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso. In this way, it will be sought through a communication strategy to increase the participation and practice of physical activity in the community. Thus, improve and expand the offer of sports activities with a stamp on self-care, active life and healthy habits. With this, the intervention aims to impact a high number of students, teachers and workers on the importance of sports and healthy lifestyle habits. El presente proyecto de intervención intenta instaurar un estilo de vida saludable en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. De esta manera se buscará por medio de una estrategia comunicacional elevar la participación y practica de actividad física en la comunidad. Así, mejorar y ampliar la oferta de actividades deportivas con sello en el auto-cuidado, la vida activa y los hábitos saludables. Con lo anterior, la intervención tiene como fin impactar a un alto número de estudiantes, docentes y trabajadores sobre la importancia de la práctica deportiva y los hábitos de vida saludable.
