Introduction
Daniel is professor in Faculty of Sport, University of Porto. He teaches Football training and teaching methods, fitness and injury prevention procedures, and teams and players analysis. He was involved in Soccer in diverse levels: head-coach and fitness-coach; technical coordination; match and players analysis, with experiences in youth and professional soccer, in national and international clubs and national teams. His academic career involved the creation and development of match analysis software and methods, applying research on training and tactical performance analysis, supporting football coaches and teaching football training and match analysis contents in courses and seminars.
