I'm a mathematician, a physicist by education. But I'm fond of modern theoretical physics. I head a group of scientists called "Dialogue on Science and Religion". We analyze different topics and directions in the sciences, including how it relates to religious issues. I develop myself in what I call productive thinking. I try to teach my colleagues this, and I learn from them too.
So why this project about Russia?
First of all, I have a heartache about what is happening in Russia, about people in Russia.
Secondly. I do not want to be a typical blogger, I'm not a politician or a political science expert, I want to remain a mathematician and a physicist, to use what I call productive thinking, exercise my imagination, generate ideas that can be useful to smarter people who can be armed with various necessary knowledge to address the issues that I am about to touch.
