Using P2P accommodation platforms as a case study, this project aims to create modules to shed light on the workings and impact of the Collaborative Economy in Europe. Six European countries participate in the project: Cyprus, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Turkey and the UK. Moreover, the European Home Holiday Association is the industrial partner of the project.
This project aims to map public opinion on the core impacts of short-term rentals (STR) accommodation platforms among European regions. By using a quantitative approach, this research sheds light on people’s perception of the impact of STR accommodation platforms in several European nations, namely Croatia, Italy, Norway, Spain, and the UK.
Drawing on quantitative content analysis, in-depth interviews, and participant observation, this project maps influencer marketing practices on Instagram. Using travel, food, and fashion influencers as case studies, this project aims to shed light into the current world of influencer marketing.
