Introduction
Prof. Dr. Cristiano André da Costa is a full professor and researcher at Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos, Brazil), working at the Applied Computing Graduate Program and directing the SOFTWARELAB, Unisinos Laboratory of Software Innovation. He obtained his Ph. D. and M. Sc. in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, Brazil). In 2016, he did a PosDoc at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU, Germany) in the Pattern Recognition Lab. Since 2012, he is a Researcher of Productivity at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq, Brazil). He works as a professor in higher education since 1997. Professor Cristiano Costa is a member of the ACM, IEEE, IADIS and SBC.
