Introduction
Cristian Pliscoff Varas, Associate Professor, works at the Catholic University. His research interest are public sector reform, public service motivation, ethics and corruption, comparative public administration, transparency and pedagogy in public administration education. He served as President of the Interamerican Network of Public Administration Education (INPAE) (2016 - 2018). He is an Associate Editor of the journal "Public Administration", and editorial board member of PAR, AJPA, JPAE.
