Introduction
Claudio Melacarne, Ph.D, is Associate Professor of Social Pedagogy at University of Siena. He is interested in studying professional development processes in organizations using transformative learning methodologies. He is Co-director of the international journal Educational Reflective Practices. He work as a consultant in public and private companies. He currently teaches Foundation of Social Pedagogy and Methodologies of Educational Research and Training”.
