Introduction
Specialized in the intersection of psychology, mindfulness, and workplace well-being, with a focus on humanistic and trauma-informed approaches. In my research, I explored effective strategies for self-care in professional settings, and building resilient organizational cultures. Passionate about empowering individuals through seminars, psycho-oncology, and counseling, particularly sensitive populations and those facing long-term challenges.
