The pandemic caused by the Covid-19 has been an unprecedented social and health emergency worldwide. Through this study we intend to understand the psychological impact of the crisis, loneliness and intersectional discrimination and quarantine situation during the first two weeks, 1 month and 2 months of quarantine in a sample of the Spanish population. Method: a cross-sectional and longitudinal study was conducted through an online survey of 3480 people. The presence of depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTS) was evaluated by screening tests from March 14. Sociodemographic and Covid-19-related data were collected, and spiritual well-being, loneliness, social support, discrimination and sense of belonging were assessed. Descriptive analyses and linear regression models were carried out. Based on the results found, guidelines and infographics have been written with recommendations to mitigate the psychological impact, loneliness and discrimination during the pandemic and the confinement of the population.
