Introduction
I'm a Ph.D. student at BIIC Lab,National Tsing Hua university(NTHU).
My research is about the combination of Affetive computing, Machine Learning and Human-centered Computing. He dedicated to focus on understanding, analyzing, and modeling human-centered behavioral informatics that relate to the affective processes underlying human interactions.
My research goal is to develop a Human-centered system that process the human data to recognize the human behaviour and emotion.

Achieving robust cross contexts speech emotion recognition (SER) has become a critical next direction of research for wide adoption of SER technology. The core challenge is in the large variability of affective speech that is highly contextualized. Prior works have worked on this as a transfer learning problem that mostly focuses on developing doma...
Mismatch between databases entails a challenge in performing emotion recognition on a practical-condition unlabeled database with labeled source data. The alignment between the source and target is crucial for conventional neural network; therefore, many studies have mapped two domains in a common feature space. However, the effect of distortion in...
Research in advancing speech emotion recognition (SER) has attracted a lot of attention due to its critical role for better human behaviors understanding scientifically and comprehensive applications commercially. Conventionally, performing SER highly relies on hand-crafted acoustic features. The recent progress in deep learning has attempted to mo...
Parkinson's disease (PD) is one of the most severe and common disease globally. PD induces motor system impairment causing symptoms such as shaking, rigidity, slowness of movement, body tremor and difficulty with walking. Clinically, accurately and objectively assessing the severity of PD symptoms is critical in controlling appropriate dosage of Le...
Automatic emotion recognition has long been developed by concentrating on modeling human expressive behavior. At the same time, neuro-scientific evidences have shown that the varied neuro-responses (i.e., blood oxygen level-dependent (BOLD) signals measured from the functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)) is also a function on the types of em...
