CHUKWUEMEKA PETER UKPAKA was born in Obite town, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. I was born on the 24th December 1969. He had his Bachelor of Technology Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 2000; Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering in a specializer field of Biochemical and Environment Engineering – Remediation Technology from the Rivers State University of Science
