Introduction
Christoph Barmeyer is Full Professor in Intercultural Communication and Management. Interculturality is socially constructed, so that new "third" cultures can emerge in dialogic processes. Therefore cultural differences are not a problem, but a resource that can be used in complementary and synergetic ways by detecting, accepting and combining strengths. His approach takes in account culture-specific and contextual elements and relationships.
