My research activities include digitalisation and management, electronic business, electronic commerce, operations research, production & logistics, and business informatics. I am head of the research group “electronic business” @ University of Vienna. Current topics: accessibility, cloud computing, creative industries, collaboration, e-services, knowledge management, security, recommender systems, service science, SOA, technology transfer. Methods & Techniques: simulation, heuristics, multi-objective decision support, Delphi technique, online surveys, sentiment analysis, systematic literature reviews, case studies.
