Introduction
The years I lived in the Middle East and the US taught me the value of looking at a situation from a different perspective. It motivated me to explore cognition, cultural norms and gender beliefs, which later became the foundation of my research interests. In my post.doc I narrowed my focus to diversity and inclusive leadership. My research aim is to facilitate sound decision-making and sustainable development in organizations through increased cultural awareness and collaboration across gender.
