Introduction
Chris Bishop is an Associate Professor of Strength and Conditioning at the London Sport Institute, Middlesex University, UK; where he is the Programme Leader for the MSc in Strength and Conditioning. Chris is also the current Interim Head of Department for the London Sport Institute and undertaking a series of research projects in sport with a range of PhD students.
